anyone know where i can find it? both of the computers i have can't find the drivers and my service provider didn't give me an installation cd with my phone. i can't get xs++ to recognize my phone.

try to connect the usb first in PC after this u connect in cell phone to upgrade...

First you need -> http://ma3-origin.extranet.sonyerics...ed_drivers.zip
then install USB flash driver.

You can download the USB Flash Driver from WOTAN - There is a download section on the right side of the page where you will find the USB Flash Driver.
