Flashing w960i firmware, please help

Hi guys.

I need to install new firmware onto W960i.

I have read many threads and spent good few hours on forum reading.

I have XS++ 3.1 and I have backed up GDFS, then I have changed CDA etc.

I downloaded firmware from download section
W960i_B_OA1_AP_WORLD1_CDA162032-1_R6E29 - is this the right f/w?

I want to flash my phone and f/w is in rar extension which I have converted to ZIP as XS++ requires ZIP files.

Would anyone please help me what to do next?

Reason for flashing: I charge battery, it's 100% and when I make a phone call it goes down to 0 and switches off the phone. When I am texting or listening to music it's ok. I do not know what's wrong, I did master reset too. There is no new updates on SEUS ,w960i is not listed any more.

Please help.

I tried all XS++ versions and all firmware, it say the same thing all the time:( any idea?

wotenserver - doesn't list my model...

connect it properly.. it will list

it doesn't , w980, 910 are there but 960i

I tried on 3 computers, dirvers are ok, it connects to different phones ok. When I want to connect mine, blue screen flashes and that's all, i do follow all instructions. :(
