i have a sony ericsson zylo w20i and it has the sim lock i tried to to open it by usen omnius flash file but it not work and now i got som number that i cant read it please any one help and tell how i can restor to factory sithing and flash it by right program and if it possible to unlock it tooo

You can't unlock phone with flashing.Unlock and flash is 2 different things.
For you the best way is to download Sony update service and try to update firmware.
Download it from Google,install on your computer then try to update/reflash.
Post result.
