K750 IMEI Changer?

I've got a k750i thats my friends that was from his uncle but it is blocked, i can turn it on it is unlocked as i went to the fone shop to get it unlocked it recognises the sim but all sims doesnt let me call. Apparently the imei is blocked and its illegal to change it. Just wondering if anyone here know how to change it?

It is possible to change IMEI on K750 with more tools, cables, software...
Yes, it is illegal to change it in some countries but sometimes after some service actions (repair, change parts and more reasons..) we have to change IMEI. And this action is not illegal if we write IMEI of this phone not any other. And whitch IMEI you mean to write into your phone? Maybe you will write IMEI from somebodys phone and then his and your IMEI will be blocked?

Before correct answer i have some questions for you:
Where you are (country) becouse in my area any phone has not blocked IMEI?
What do you have for K750? Any software, tool, cable?
What happened when you try to make a call or send SMS? What you see on LCD or hear?
And make one test:
Turn on speakers on PC. After, turn on K750. Do you hear loud noises?
If Yes, now try to call. What about noises now? Maybe your K750 have problems with antenna, battery, software or something else?

iam from UK.
Softwares i have XS++, FAR (which i dont use as iam a newb on it), setoollite, only cable is the DCU-60.
When i tried to call or depending on the sim card occurs following:
Orange- hear the sony ericsson error sound
Vodaphone- Nothing automatically cancels it

02- Same as orange
Blyk- Inactive Sim
T-mobile- Inactive Sim

Please note all sim cards work on my k800i.


i've turned on speakers max. i hear the signal trying to get through but then it stops. i left the phone on for 2days as the battery life is still full.

It's very illegal in the UK to change IMEI.

Try flash your phone to W800 and unlock with patch and see what will be happened (just don't forget backup GDFS)

simlock patch doesnt work on CID36 only applies to CID49. (anyways to upgrade the CID or is that flashing the firmware on cid 49?)
I flashed it to w800 but it still doesnt work.
if i did change the imei would people find out in uk??

it will work abroad outside eu i think or maybe outside uk

hey would this be illegal if i can copy a imei i a phone i own (that is working) and change the k750 imei to with a working imei?
if it works anyone know how to do it?

Just use your main + .vkp patch (for that main) and unlock your phone
